A tough start for Benoit Saint Denis
From the very first round, the fight tilted in favor of Renato Moicano. Benoît Saint Denis, known as “BSD,” quickly found himself in trouble, taking hits to both eyes and struggling under Moicano’s ground pressure. The Brazilian’s dominance was evident from the outset.
Medical stoppage
At the end of the second round, the ringside doctor was called in to assess Saint Denis’s condition. With his eyes severely swollen, it was determined that he could not safely continue. This led to the fight being stopped, awarding the victory to Renato Moicano by medical decision.
